USAGE
Dissolve a single serving of the product – 6,5 g (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water or juice.On workout days:1 serving 30 min. before a workout or 1 serving directly after a workout.On non-workout days:1 serving in the morning after getting up or 1 serving at bedtime.
